amenities are numerous: a complete kitchen (counter top burners, microwave, refrigerator,
hot/cold water sink), spacious living room, full size bathroom facilities and two separate
bedrooms (2 full beds and 2 twin beds - please bring your own bedding). To complete
the convenience: air conditioning, heat and an AM/FM stereo. This campsite location
is hard to beat ... a deck, picnic table and fire ring right outside the door will help to
make your stay that much more terrific!

Reservations
are suggested. Phone reservations are held 7 days only while awaiting deposit.
A deposit of the full stay if less than 7 nights, 50% for 7 or more nights is required to confirm your reservation.
No reservation is confirmed without a deposit. For your convenience we accept
Visa and MasterCard.
PETS are NOT permitted
in rental units at any time. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Security Deposit:
A $175.00 security deposit is required upon check-in. This deposit
can be cash, Visa or MasterCard. The deposit is returned to you upon inspection of the
rental unit.
Key Deposit: A key deposit of
$50.00 is required upon check-in. : This deposit can be cash, Visa or Mastercard. The
deposit is returned after check-out and unit inspection.
Cancellations:
Your deposit less a $100.00 cancellation fee is available only if notification is
made 7 days prior to arrival date. Less than 7 days notice NO REFUND
is available.
NOTE: Rental
Trailers are subject to a 7% NJ Rental Tax.
